
Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa, widely recognized for his innovative ventures and ownership of Maincast, has revealed plans to launch two cutting-edge TV channels: Maincast Sport and Maincast. Set to premiere on November 30, 2024, these channels will be available to viewers through advanced OTT services and traditional cable networks. As reported by Tech News Junkies, this initiative has already been endorsed by the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting, marking a significant milestone in Ukraine’s media evolution.

Maincast Sport will spotlight various sporting events, including international competitions featuring Ukrainian athletes. Meanwhile, the Maincast channel will emphasize entertainment, curating multiple programs to cater to diverse audience interests. To broaden its appeal, plans include broadcasting in various languages, starting with Polish, targeting an expanded viewership.
Simultaneously, the company will launch an innovative OTT platform, Maincast.tv, delivering exclusive video content such as live esports broadcasts. Premium content will initially be offered free to attract users and encourage engagement.
